ok this is the complicated part.

Its an access 2000 database. In the table i enter the description, my buy
in price, and my mark up percentage. Then in a query it goes some thing
like ex_vat*markup for the ex vat customer price and then i do the same to
add the vat.

A little complicated in a query i know but its the only way that I can think
to do it. Unless other people know some better way :-)
