Windows problem

Hi All

Has anyone else come across a problem where all websites suddenly seem to
be using italic fonts? (Even when you know they're not because you created
them). This also shows up inside Windows folders that are set to "View as
Web Page". I have not made any changes, and have tried rebooting. (Win98)
