PHP/MySQL Books

OK, I managed to get on-line manuals downloaded for both PHP and MySQL, but
neither seem particuly good. So I am now thinking that a book or two would
be a good investmet....

Does anyone have any recommendations for books on these 2 packages ??

The main flaw I foudn with the MySQL on-line manual, was although I don't
have a problem with the actual SQL (text stuff that you type), the admin
program (windows) appears to allow the creation of databases, tables and
indexes, but I can't find a mention of it in the free documentation. So I
think it would be handy to have some reference to that in the book....
