I use external js files all the time without any problems, its okay for the
norm like rollovers, if nav-resize etc, should be okay just make sure to
check it.

Don't think it's too bad, it could do with a bit of technical polishing, and
I think the serif font which appears to be Times Roman should be more bold
or perhaps a san serif font might look...
