Ive also had problems with domains...
I registered for student-computers.co.uk. There was a problem with my
credit card but because email was down (back in the bad blueyonder days) I
wasnt to know...

Is this real IIS on a server or PWS on a Win2k pro?. If it's on a
server, reinstalling IIS may have changed the IUSR password. Make it the
same in the security settings bit of IIS and in User Manager...
