Thanks for you all, the problem has been sorted just opening up the dcx file
with an imaging program. Now the message is much clearer than a normal fax
machine print out.

I always save attachments, never open them, and the DCX opens in Paint
shop Pro when I double-click it. Or you could use the software they
suggest in the user guide. What exactly is the problem?
