NDA & Contract Details

Hi every one

Need some advice or resource to complete the wording of a contract for a
large project I'm about to work on. They're tricky customers so it need to
get it right.

On issue is the NDA - None Disclosure Agreement

The other will relate to the money - payment for what and when the payment/s
will be made etc.

Any clues would be appreciated.
