It's not *really* anything to do with being PC.

Many cultures have family name as first name and given name as last name.
I would even hazard a guess that the majority of the planet's population
uses the format that in the minority west we would call last name first,
first name last.... it's more a matter of clarity :)

in fact if wasps are a minority then that makes your position the
indefensible PC one Dave...

and contrary to popular belief all the complaints we have ever received on
this matter were from non white organisations (yeah I know lets not get into
this one) who are thoroughly sick of this old problem ... then again this is
the arts sector so organisations are a bit sensitive... la la la anyway...
food for thought, keep it in mind for those Asian sector contracts.
