support (what tech support!) to name but a few. very very poor.
=20
strained relations between ourselves and several clients, huge amount =
of emails from concerned e-commerce customers

Hi David,
I have used Fasthosts for a long time now and although they have =
upgraded their systems about a year ago they went down for the best part =
of a week!!!! I lost a few valued clients because of this - there is =
another way of looking at this in that once the mistake had been made =
'hopefully' it will not occur again. They have been ok for the past few =
months but at times sites have not been available etc and there is =
currently an issue with bandwidth and only being able to access their =
SMTP through their dailup -> I am therefore weighing up my options.
If you want to try them feel free to drop me an email and I will set =
you up a full account (I have reseller account) for you to test out.
Cheers,
Rog.

Why are you thinking of changing? Fasthosts have been strongly =
recommended
here in the past, and I am thinking of using them.
