Just invoice the bugger and tell him that you'll sort out any problems if he
gives you meaningful error reports. If he complains you know he's just
trying to avoid paying.
I reckon we should all hire a group of lads to deal with this sort of thing
for us. On a serious note, has anyone tried using factoring agencies to put
more pressure on difficult clients to pay?
