Hi Ruth,
Thanks I will persevere. I was put off by the message that if you wanted a
hard disc backup you had to do the whole thing. I have 20 GB (Win 98) of
which only 2GB are used. I worked out that I would have to be around
swapping discs for a solid 24 hours to do the whole thing 3/4 hr per disc
of 650k!
In the end I uploadied the important stuff to one of my websited and ignored
the rest. Now it is just the time involved in reinstalling Apache , MySQL ,
FAX software, editor etc. if anything goes wrong .
