Hi all,

Don't know if anyone can help me out, I am after the site for US Trade Marks
(I saw it one here a few weeks ago but do you think I can find it now!)

Does anyone have any views on this idea:

To save registering eleventy hundred address' would it make more sense to
trademark the business name both here (which I believe also covers the EU)
and also register it in the US, thus only needing to register one domain and
as a result slash the costs.

Would this mean that any land grabbers trying to get the name to sell it on
at a huge profit would fall foul of passing-off?

Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.
