Virus Advice

Hi All,

I keep receiving an email from [EMAIL REMOVED] which contains a virus. The
email itself is about a different subject each time. Norton Antivirus 2001
succesfully intercepts the email each time, and deletes the virus.
However, how do I stop these emails coming in?
