Tender elert

Anyone know much about this company? I've had a few emails from them. You
subscribe about £110 a year and they send you tender details from various
companies.

I think generally Tenders are a good idea but how do you check out a company
like this so you know they're not just ripping people off?

Also I'm fed up of getting 'partner opportunities' emails from programming
companies in India. does anyone else get a lot of these?
