Hi Matt,
Do you have a 'message' drop down menu in outlook 2000? if so try =
selecting the message and then selecting the 'message' menu and then =
'create rule from message'
May help,
Rog.

Thanks Roger, but I use Outlook 2000, not Express, and in the 'Rules =
Wizard', I do not see such an option?

Thanks

Hi Matt,
Lets hope you are using outlook for the sake of my advice ;-)
In Outlook go to Tools/Message rules/Mail - once select a 'message =
rules' panel will appear - select the 'Mail Rules' tab and then select =
'New' -> Now a 'New message rule' panel will appear, do this...
1) In box one select 'Where the From line contains people'
2)In box 3 you will see the text 'Where the From line contains =
people' and the 'contains people' text will be highlighted as a link - =
select this text link and a 'select people' panel will appear.
3) In the 'select people' panel type [EMAIL REMOVED] - this therefore =
add a message rule to all emails from sexyfun.net. ->Click 'Add' then =
click 'OK'
4)You will now be back in the 'New mail rule' panel - scroll to the =
bottom of box 2 and select 'Delete it from server'
5)Click Ok and the message rule will be added.
Now every time outlook checks your mail for emails it will look for =
any emails from sexyfun.net and will delete them from the server - they =
will not be downloaded onto your computer.
Hope this has helped,
Rog.

Hi All,
I keep receiving an email from [EMAIL REMOVED] which contains a =
virus. The
email itself is about a different subject each time. Norton =
Antivirus 2001
succesfully intercepts the email each time, and deletes the virus.
However, how do I stop these emails coming in?
TIA
Regards
Matt
