Hi Darren,
If you want to Sync to a record level, make sure you have a "Last Edit Date"
field in your table, then when syncing, just keep the latest one,
If you want to Sync down to a Field Level, you should also maintain a
"Transaction Log" which will hold info on the "Last Edit Date" for each
field.(This Helps when more than one "remote" database in use)
A bit obvious I suppose, but hope it Helps
