Panoramic Photographs?

Hi - wonder if anyone out there can help. A client has indicated a possible
requirement for either a 180 degree or 360 degree from the top of a
building. I know there are various software packages on the market that
claim to make this sort of thing a doddle (ULead Cool 360 and PixMaker to
name but 2!), and I wonder if (a) anyone can recommend one that is sensibly
priced and effective and (b) how much one should charge one's client for
such a thing! Any guidance in this area would be much appreciated. Cheers.
