Damian,
Don't even think about using them!
I used BTClick for Business and I've never dealt with a more useless
organisation in my life. It's not worth the stress! I can't imagine the
24/7 service being any better. Freeserve Unlimited via ISDN is really
good - slightly less reliable via a modem but still very good.
