I have now established that the problems reported are commonly experienced
when using the "Package and Deployment Wizard", and we should use the
"Visual Studio Installer" instead. Apparently I should also get VS Sevice
Pack 5. These are massive downloads. Does anyone know how I can these on CD
please?
