Web based email (like yahoo and excite)

Can anyone suggest a good web based email system?

The servers it will be hosted on has:
- Perl5
- Full CGI script execution
- PHP 4

I want tot set up an email system for myself to use when not in the office.

Has to be able to send and read POP3 mail.
It would help if is has an addressbook facility built in, oh and a calandar
would help too.

Would appreciate if it is easy to configure.

Not asking for much am I? (Can just hear everybody roar with laughter)
