Hi, you had a look at everyone.net?
it's all hosted on there servers, only thing you have to do is get the
current domain name host to later the MX records for the domain name.
I've set it up with www.fcuk-me.co.uk and it's running great, you get
configure the user account to check external pop3 mail.
suppose you could try cgi resource if your looking to host it yourself.
