Another question !

I use Freeserve Plus as my ISP - great speed with ADSL incidentally.

Evidently, Freeserve use 'transparent caching' on their servers which would
appear to be the reason why updates that I upload to our site (hosted by
Fasthosts) aren't visible to me for anything up to 24 hours. This, of
course, is a complete pain in the proverbial - when I first encountered it,
I spent a complete afternoon uploading, downloading, cursing, etc trying to
figure out the cause.

According to Freeserve I can add some code into each page that will prevent
their servers from caching the pages, or will limit the amount of time their
servers will cache the pages for? Needless to say they don't know what the
code is!

Does anybody out there know about this, or has encountered similar problems
and know of a way of resolving them?!
