into a test page, uploaded that, viewed it via Freeserve, changed it,
uploaded it again, viewed it again and the changes were viewable

Thanks Martin - I whacked the code into the header as VB Script and had a
mate test the site - it didn't fall over so hopefully it will work. Of
course, I personally won't be able to see whether it works until Freeserve's
cache updates with the new page sometime over the next few weeks!
