.NET magazine (issue 83) has a article on just this - setting up a web cam
embeded in a page & using net meeting etc. If you can't get a copy try
www.netmag.co.uk as they often archive the tutorials...

Any reason why you are using char(30) & char(50), a tinytext would probably
save space for you. If there are any reasons not to use them, please let me
