Virgin Biz

I seem to be getting a lot of spam from Virgin Biz.

Has anyone used it? A friend has and gave them a fake domain name. To the
horror of his email he was signed up to lots of search engines. However
thanks to their "o so good process", he now gets lots of Spam fodder
associated with not unticking the "Spam me" box

Just wondering what they actually offer apart from a website to create a
website and that's about it from what I can see. Ok there is hosting on
there but seems expensive.
