Domain forwarding

Hi All

Anybody know of a domain registrar that will provide the following:

- No transfer fees (if domain moved away from them)
- .com, .co.uk, .tv domains
- Domain forwarding (using masking, which is controllable by the user =
himself / herself)

I used to use easily.co.uk, but sadly in the last few days (possibly =
weeks) their service has ... well .. just look at their web site.

What I particularly liked about their service was the ability to login =
via a 'Control Panel' and forward domains to IP addresses or other =
domains of your choice. The results were also almost immediate.

I need to register some domains quite urgently.
