I would recommend using TotalNIC (icann.totalnic.net) to register
international top level domains $35 for two years and you are in total
control. In any case I would always recommend using a 'proper' registrar,
people like Easily register your domains with someone like TotalNIC, they
then make their money charging you for transfers, $35 for two years is not a
lot and you are then in control of the domain you can set up an account and
control your domains through that. Don't be fooled by cheap domain prices,
if proper registrars are charging a min of $35 then someone charging less
than that is making the money elswhere. It constantly amazes me the number
of people who will try and save £5 over 2 years, and then end up paying £80
to transfer each domain!!!
cheers,
Alex.
