Re: FN-FORUM IR35 proof contract

Not true. If you work for a limited company (or possibly a partnership)
and are entitled to divis, hold more than 5% of the shares, are entitled
to more than 50% of the dosh if the company is sold, you could be
affected by IR35. If you are "in business on your own account", as we
all are ;-), then it doesn't affect you. Agencies have nothing to do
with it; it's the relationship between your company/you and your client.
