Re: FN-FORUM you bastards

Hey other motorsport fans, I never knew. I love watching F1 to be honest, it
can look very boring but there is a hell of alot of skill in F1, not
counting team tactics. I used to rally for a couple of years before my boy
was born, a nice 2.2 MK II Escort with 195 bhp at the flywheel and around
145 at the wheels, now that is good fun ;-) Any of you into the National
rallying scene..? If you are you may have heard of Chris Griffiths (No2
National) in the Suburu Impreza who normally is the guy behind John Price in
the Metro 6R4, I drove the recce for his co-driver over the Eypnt ranges, my
claim to fame anyway ;-)
in wales road rallying is a big thing, you normally get around 120 cars
starting an event because nothing beats throwing an escort around the lanes
of west wales at 2:00 am in the morning with the crowds that gather on the
corners to watch - major buzz. never was much good on the old karts though
;-(
