Can you expand on what the limitations were?
My biggest problem with companies who provide RAQ{3,4}s is that they set
them up and leave them for the end user to maintain. When security
vulnerabilities arise it is usually the end user who has to deal with
ensuring that patches are applied. Why should the user and not the host
provider deal with such important issues.
