RE: FN-FORUM Firewalls

How easy is it to IP spoof? I remember a post on here stating that it was
easy in Win2k, but exactly how easy? Can I simply enter a number somewhere
that will show as my IP?
I know it's easy enough to change through proxy servers, but without using
one, is this easy?
Sorry if these are completely stupid questions, not my area of expertise :)
Thanks
Matt
