http://www.ocm.co.uk or http://www.ocm.com - (On-line Call Manager) but
beware, the cost for the redirects is premium number so it can be quite
expensive to talk to people. Alternatively, Netscape has a similar version,
so look for it in their site somewhere.

There are call diverts that let people leave a message and these can be sent
as voice e-mail etc.

Not a very good looking website but a service that is free, easy to use and
that works.
