I use NTL as well and find that sometimes I get either connection refused or
server hang-ups, usually press refresh and the page reloads OK. This usually
happens at the busy periods, late afternoon, early evening.
At least it's free, can't complain too much.
My phone bill is now quarter of what it was before unlimited access.

I keep losing my connection around every 10 minutes, from around 6pm now. I
use NTL World, and just wondered, has anyone else who uses NTL experienced
problems?
