Matt,
I have had problems with my NTL dialup as well. Most of the time it's =
fine and I can surf away for the quoted 2 hours before they force the =
line to drop. Recently, the line has dropped well short of the two =
hours. This happened lots of times when I first used NTL. I was mainly =
using my Mac then and I was told to get BT to increase the gain on my =
line. I did and didn't have any more trouble.=20
To be honest, I am not sure if it's NTL or my settings as I found I had =
it set to disconnect after 2 hours, which when I turned that off seemed =
to fix the problem. Although it was disconnecting if the line wasn't =
passing or receiving data for about 2-3 minutes?????
Have a word with NTL. The thing about that is, is that you might have to =
call the tech department which ask for a least one arm, possibly a leg =
as well.
Paul.

I keep losing my connection around every 10 minutes, from around 6pm =
now. I
use NTL World, and just wondered, has anyone else who uses NTL =
experienced
problems?
If only broadband was available here....
