Well there is no homogeneous group of 'intended' users, it is therefore as
near to a random sample as possible - now don't get me started, I did
psephology and statistics at degree level and have no desire to start a
thread on standard deviation (or any other kind of deviation after your
bottle comment ;-)
Anyway, it's all sorted now she's reset her screen res.......
