Yeah I think it may well have to be, but its the fact that I can't sort
it out that bugs me (I really do not want to have to do an OS re-install
which will usually fix everything as its a bit drast...

I just found the round edges a little rough.
Don't know what you used for it, but Fireworks or Photoshop 5.5+ does a
pretty good job of that kind of thing.
