Don't you have a spare machine kicking around or maybe a file server. I
found the best way to work my way through the book was to put the PHP &

The other way would be to use something like a VB application that takes a
snapshot of the rendered page using an internal browser and then provides
paint facilities for annotating the image.

In this case I found the image links in the menu seemed to need to reload

We've been using Fasthosts for about 5 months. During that time there was
