FN-FORUM PHP Script/info

Hello All,
Firstly ''Thank god the forum seems to have calmed down and everything seems

Ok, I code my backend in ASP (JavaScript ASP) and see it being likely that
now and again I will need to use PHP and MySQL. Can anyone point out the
similarities between the languages / how easy to convert ASP knowledge to
PHP. Also if anyone has any PHP scripts/Snippets of code I can take a look
at to see if it looks familiar that would be great.
