The main cause of incorrectly filed accounts is actually when a company
trusts an accountancy firm to do this for them and the accountancy firm
is late filing them.
Same as IR35 stuff.

Speaking from experience.....
A company that I was involved with always filed correctly audited accounts
as required before the required dates and surprisingly their database always
said not filed.....

Their are a number of problems with ADSL and hosting:
Upstream is always .256mbit, no matter whether you have the .5, 1 or 2mbit
connection. And for a webserver upstream is the important bit....

That info looks like it comes from the companies house database,
unfortunately their records are not that upto date with regards to the
accounts filing....they probably have/did file their accounts....

Damian, I've lifted the two scripts from that page and will mail them off
list. It's easily done....... then save the whole Owtanet page to your hard
drive and work out what does what, shouldn't take...

No, you need a domain, not just a server, a DC with central
authentication so that you only set a user up once. You have just
