Interesting. We have pretty much the whole range of options covered in
the last 3 emails, with one exception.
I'd suggest Win2k & PHP (especially with the release of 4.1.0), with a
MySQL database....

mySql will handle that amount of records. I doubt there will too much cross

I would personally recommend ASP/COM/ISAPI with starting off on a MS-SQL2000
dB - possibly considering an upgrade to Oracle as and when the database tops
out. Although saying that SQL2000 should hand...

server. You could use MySQL, but it doesn't support transactions, which

I think it's true to say though once one has a steady flow of work coming in
