I've used it on a couple of sites including my own

Pro's

- Low cost startup low paypal percentage cut
- All users authenticated
- secure
- don't need merchant account

Con's

- in US dollars only at the moment
- customers can only sign up if their cards or bank accounts are in
certain countries - this is not good for ESD (shareware and try bfore
your buy software) solutions
- shopping cart ok for small shops only.

The do have a developers forum and the service seems to be improving - I
think that there us a beta cgi/ultradev extension available also.
