Paypal is great when it works, however when anything goes wrong you're
up shit creek without a paddle.
I used it for almost a year until five months ago when a payment from a
client was reversed after the goods were shipped and received. The
client denied reversing the payment so I looked to Paypal for
clarification. Their initial response was slow and consisted of e-mails
stating that completed payment could not be reversed even though this
was exactly what had happened. When I pressed the matter (we were at
e-mail No. 10 at this time) they just stopped responding...
They provide almost no contact details on their site and their general
customer service is of a deplorable level. Also do not expect to be
covered by any if their so-called "insurances" if you do not reside in
the US..
