Do you have SQL server on it? Is it a multi-processor system? Did you create the default application for the web site? Are COM and MSDTC running properly? What's in the logs? Can't think of nay more...

Im at a loss. I just created a test site in IIS called chat. Its a virtual dir pointing to a diff drive. All I have in there is a file called "hello.asp" which contains thats it.. Nothing else.....
