Hi All,
Thanks for all the help on this one. Ive been out and such but I will try
this and then give an update on whats going on.
The dir had complete permissions from the webserver to elimiate that side of
things.
A lot of things have been mentioned so I will while my way through them at a
more sensible time of the day :D Thanks for all the advice... till tomorrow

Hello Mark,
Have you given IUSR_YOURBOX execute permissions for that folder (in
explorer not IIS)? That's where I tend to get it wrong when it comes to
setting up virtual dirs?

Anyone out there have any ideas on whats wrong
Restarted the services, mhtl pages work fine.. just the asp stuff.
