Ah, didn't answer all the question, sorry. PM doesn't create a volume set
(which is mounting non-contiguous bits of disk together to seem like one
drive), it actually changes the partition boundaries (you move a little
slider). Sounds highly dangerous but works wonderfully. DI is like a better
version (IMHO) of Ghost. PQ provided MSoft with the technology for RIS (disk
imaging installs) for Win2k, so they must know the structure of NTFS etc
pretty well.

PM is neat for dual boots as well, esp where you don't want one OS to be
visible from the other
