Alternatively, if you're only resizing Linux ext2 or swap or FAT16/32, then
parted is a Free alternative.
Alternatively, there's Mikhail Ranish's partition manager
, but that only does FAT and I haven't used it.
There's also Partition Surprise which has
a GUI and can be downloaded as a bootable ISO image to be burnt to CDR.
