Like Kathy says - I would also willingly give a percentage of any leads
converted to a sale, I am not as sure that telesales will work. We employed
a telesales person for a while and it did not give a positive return on
investment. The leads we got were not very good, generally the follow up
calls we made ended up in "Who are you - never heard of you." or something
of that ilk.

On the other hand if she is willing to work on commission only it is another
matter, as there has to be a return.
