Hi Peter,

I've been tempted to switch to Demon ADSL myself, but it's a hassle as I've
currently got ISDN and would need to convert back to ordinary phone lines
first.

Also, I've never been able to work out what the cost would be of having two
phone lines - phone/data and fax (as my fax number is printed over all my
stationary) compared with paying for the ISDN I have currently and getting
the call discount.

I think it's a conspiracy of silence. There doesn't seem to be any cost
comparison charts anywhere! If anyone has made the switch from ISDN to ADSL
and can give me a rough idea of how 2 phone lines (one with ADSL), compare
with one ISDN connection cost-wise I'd be very grateful.

BTW, my bro's on Easynet for ADSL. He gets some problems occasionally, but
generally speaking it's not too bad. Trouble is, it's a bit costlier than
most as it's a business service and minimum charges start at 50 quid a
month.

It's a minefield out there isn't it!
