do they want the .eu.com, or all the actual eu countries such as .de, .it,
etc?

i know you can register .eu.com (afaik the only EU-wide domain suffix) at
getdotted, but as for the rest try looking on google or try names such as
eurodomains, theres bound to be one with a name like that selling eu member
country domain names.
