If you have firewire on your PC Ulead is the easiest to use, has more
dramatic effects and an LE version which will do the job usually comes free

I know this is petty but, in brief, firewire is the original name for IEEE
1394 and Sony's name for it is i.link.

you dont need a mac - firewire is the mac name for the IEEE1394 standard.
any pc video port capable of dealing with firewire, i.link or IEEE1394 will
handle the DV. mac users seem to gloss over this...

A dark red goes well with a rich yellow.
Try and stick with rich yellows (eg: ffcc00) rather than bright or pale
ones, they tend to get garrish or sickly.
